connection at long idle time is turned off #289

.after long idle time it is not connected again, it is necessary to overload everything. it is necessary or the button - restart, or Keep Alive Signal

Ftp-sync: Uploading xxxx.js failed: Error: read ECONNRESET do something, after the shutdown the network connection is not restored !!

I guess I have the same issue, it first happen when I open vscode and do some coding in a notebook in the office, save and upload some files, go back home( keep notebook in sleep mode), connect the notebook with my home wifi without restarting vscode, it then never succeed to upload any file again unless you restart vscode.

So I guess, once you disconnect the internet and reconnect again. You have to restart vscode to let ftp work again. And Now I am in a hotel with very poor wifi. Signal keep on and off and connection can't keep alive for long and then I restarted vscode for 100+ times today every times when I want to save a files.
