Fixed broken unicode file names #290

Because files with unicode characters such as 'ä' or 'ê' in their name did not get encoded correctly you couldn't download them. This is a simple fix for this problem.

Same Problem hier, With german characters :

Ftp-sync: sync error: Error: /wp-content/uploads/fahard_anhänger_640.jpg: No such file or directory

I think this repo is dead 🙁, maybe someone has released a forked version
