The ftp-sync is not run correctly, need to restart the vscode. #295

Env: Win10, VScode1.35.1 , ftp-sync 0.3.9.

Init the config the json file, and press local to remote option. When the local file changed, I press Ctrl+S, the file is don't upload remote host. If restart the vscode progress, it run good.
