Doesn't create new directories on remote server correctly #319

Folder Issue

When you create a new folder in MS Visual Code workspace, it creates a file that one can't open.

File Sync

When automatic sync attempts to sync a file, It fails regularly.

These 2 features are key - the bugs should be dealt with ASAP!!!

ftp-sync otherwise is a great product! Thank you for your great work!!
