Connexion issue after idle time #66

Hi,

Some hostings automatically close the SFTP connection after x second of inactivity. Unfortunately, FTP-Sync doesn't seem to reconnect. Instead it freezes on "FTP-sync: sync prepare in progress". To get back the connection, I have to reload the full vscode window.

Really a great plugin. Without it, I would probably go back to Brackets :)

After a certain time, "upload on save" gets stuck. Reloading the vscode solves the issue, which is annoying as all the terminal sessions get lost.

Needless to say, it is such a nice plugin!
