Technical Design

[ ] remove feature toggle for collectSteamAppsDiffOnDbLayer in main and config loader
[ ] remove feature toggle from documentation, Render and dotenv files
[ ] remove old method collectSteamApps and deprecated tests
[ ] rename collectSteamAppsDiffOnDbLayer to collectSteamApps
