Updating files to release version 1.2.1 #110

Updating the changelog and package files to release version 1.2.1. The spelling file needed updating in order to pass the npm test since it spellchecks the changelog.

I've just noticed that #104 was merged since 1.2.0.

So semver says this should be 1.3.0. And add to the changelog.

All builds are failing. Spellcheck issue with the updated changelog?
