Alrighty! Here's where I am now. The todo list below is what's on my mind.

Some early feedback

Love the general layout, super easy to navigate on mobile and desktop.

I like the way the logo and nav bar change colors on scroll, kinda neat : )

I'm not comfortable with pictures of me (because I'm a person) so maybe we take Sonic's feedback on that, hahaa.

I think you've capture our first pillar really well. First pillar being Start by Listening. The other two, as you know, as Unite People and Solve Problems. I think more of the latter two need to come through in the images, and such.

We can expand on the social links by writing in a bit about how we use each of the platforms. Twitter, Medium, Github, YouTube, (and the FB page, and maybe Instagram, though less so). Let's clear this bit up together. We'll need to talk to Sonic about how we're structuring this platform so that we can take in the broadest feedback from people.

Also.... have you ever actually seen me where a tie? Just a random question, not loaded at all : )

Also, the fonts on the site are not Fira Sans. Did you change your mind?

(It's so cool that we're running this this transparently. It feels good. I don't think I'll ever go back to operating closed off.)

I'm really digging this too. It's quite clean. And honestly that's my personal favorite version of the logo.

I think we should pick something different for the first photo and I like the idea of using that 2nd photo on top. The replacement should maybe be one of Costa out in the community.

As far as the pillars goes, I like the main page being Listening. Maybe a separate page with the 3 pillars and a short blurb?

The donation flow seems nice to me. I'll run a full test later today.

On pictures:

I have not seen you in a tie Costa :) Are you feeling uncomfortable with the size of the photos?

I went for the top one, because it looks like you're thinking and felt the most consistent with listening. On the second one, I may be leaning a framed picture next to the text rather than a background image. Feel free to fork and play around.

Sonic, moved 2nd photo up top and changed the second to a table pic. Lmk what you guys think.

On pillars:

Costa, are you open to conversation around pillars and presentation? I have some thoughts and feelings that'd be helpful for me to work through...

My inclination is to focus website on listening. Listening necessarily precedes both uniting people and problem solving. I also find myself inclined to think that uniting people and problem solving are better practiced than named (i.e. if we genuinely care about these things, do the work rather than say it). Listening is also better practiced than named, but that's the work that begins at first contact (on the website). Getting listening right is a hard task as it stands! I also happen to be of the mind that if we do get it right, the rest follows. What is listening if not to be moved and affected by the stories and lives of those we encounter? Just some thoughts and feelings I'm working through. Can get over them. Happy to have phone talks if you'd like.

If we include other pillars in presentation, I'm in same the boat as Sonic.

Hey. SO we haven't heard back from the bank yet so we're just waiting on that bit. I'll call them in the morning and let you know as soon as that's good.
