The build currently fails with:

ERROR: unsatisfiable constraints:
leveldb-dev (missing):
required by: world[leveldb-dev]

Looks like the package was moved from the community to the main repository.

I'll need to cherry-pick this commit into all other version branches too so they can build.

Committed to all other version branches and rebuilt all versions on Docker Hub with the main leveldb package.
