Option to specify type of plugin #8

Seems there are really two types of plugins:

1) Filter as the current generated index.js 2) Base as a plugin that is yielded directly (like fly-mocha)

Maybe another for async plugins?

This one should be closed, @lukeed ? As we now have only one correct way to declare plugin.
