Remove `with-sapper` example? #179

Sapper is no longer actively developed and SvelteKit is a much better experience :grin:

We could have a SvelteKit example, but it might be confusing since it'd really just be an adapter-node example and not using Polka directly

Yes but Sapper is still in use and not technically dead/replaced yet. I know a few people who have (recently) used this example to get started. I'll remove the example once SvelteKit is out of beta, since that's the reason why (some) teams are avoiding SK for now.
