Possible bug in "Proposal Title" search #115

Leonardo at PSI reports: if I look for “Aluminium”, “Aluminium6082”, 
“Aluminium6082 brick 10x10x9mm” in Proposal Title in the "Advanced Search" 
mode, I cannot find anything. If I remove that condition, and just use the 
date, “Aluminium6082 brick 10x10x9mm_TRANS” appears in the list. If I 
simply put "Aluminium6082" into the keywords, it works. So, it seems there is 
some issue with "Proposal Title" search.

Currently the search requires an exact match on the title. I agree that doing a 
partial match would be better. This change will be included in the next 
release.
