setup configure requires a glassfish pass file (from asadmin login) to be 
present for the current user.

If it is not is fails with an unhelpful error message ("Authentication failed 
for user: null")

The script should check for a pass file and report if it is missing.

If failure occurs calling asadmin login should be suggested.

The documentation should be updated to indicate that this step is required.

It now detects if your domain is not running or if you have failed to login. 
Change has been made to the icat.utils library so all new releases of 
components will benefit.
