Unable to change association between Dataset and investigation #59

updateDataSet ignores changes to the investigation_id field because of 
annotations @ICAT(merge=false) in the Dataset entity. Given that you need to be 
SUPER_USER to do the update of facility acquired datasets this seems 
unreasonable.
