DISTINCT Dataset.name fails with "Attempt to read beyond end" #66

The documentation on ICAT4 API gives 9 examples on page 4.  The following 
example fails:

"DISTINCT Dataset.name"

The message is "Attempt to read beyond end".

This works in the ICAT API.  The bug is in the icat_cmd layer.
