"Error while downloading facility names" when trying to load TopCAT web-page

Hi all, 

I have already configured TopCAT for use with ICAT 4.0 following your 
installation instructions and it shows me an error when I am trying to load the 
web-page.

I have run all test and the server seems to be working fine.

It is necessary to rename file TopCAT-0145.war to TopCAT.war. This action could 
be included in InstallTopcat40 web-page.

The issue can be closed.

This should have been reported on the topcat issue tracker rather than the ICAT 
one
