Detect markdown emphasis within words only #64

This fix urls with two underscores being misinterpreted as markdown emphasis lines. (eg. pug me links)

This do not allows mid-word markdown, but who would need it anyway?

@kressh During the quarantine I rewrote the adapter... I removed this part. Can you please have a look at #72 and verify that you can still use markdown? Thank you

@lukefx Thanks for reply! I switched to mattermost and no longer use hubot, but glad to hear you maintaining this awesome driver. Have a nice day!
