Cannot find vendor/autoload.php #5

I'm getting the following error while navigating to the Plugins page in the control panel:

require(vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

This corresponds to DbugPlugin.php:5.

Oops look like the latest release is not including vendored files. Will fix soon.
