Live location sharing #17

In WhatsApp and Messenger, you can share not only your current location, but your current live location.

We should add a similar feature, maybe using Channels or Feeds to power the real-time aspect.

I will take a look at this @lukejacksonn @bookercodes. As far as the design goes, I am just going to put the location under the username in the right hand user list. Let me know if you guys had something else in mind.
