Include Garland 92 data used in Ch. 4 in the datasets directory? #11

Would it be possible to include in the dataset directory the tree and body mass data from Garland 92 (93?) used in Ch. 4? I’m trying to implement the algorithms (as an exercise), and would love to check the results :)
