Scourgestone hand-ins assume a quest pick-up #30

E.g. when handing in minion scourgestones, it will assume you cannot hand it in because you don't have the quest, though these quests cannot be picked up as they're a rep token hand-in only.

This might be more of an issue with Guidelime.

Occurs in 53-57 Undead Mage guide.
