I use the G+ Sign-In SDK to authorize users in an iOS app.

This app has just been rejected by Apple for the following reason which you are 
certainly already aware of:

"The app opens a web page in mobile Safari for logging in, then returns the 
user to the app. The user should be able log in without opening Safari first."

Is there any solution?

Try opening a bug on the G+ issue tracker for suggestions 
(https://code.google.com/p/google-plus-platform/).  This tracker is for the 
apis lib itself (more than just G+).  The sdk's iOS page 
(https://developers.google.com/+/mobile/ios/) also has a Support and FAQ 
section on the left.
