how can I set the bar_progress_backround to have some transparency (alpha)

I want to change this vertical seek bar background Screenshot_20220627-131813_LX Player.jpg

To something like this Screenshot_20220627-131928_Video Player.jpg If you look closely the background color is have some transparency
