Perks explanation

I have played this game often but I still don't know what the perks do
exactly. I don't know what "big caliber" does at all.. I think when the
mouse hovers over perks, they should be explained.

Here are some suggestions for descriptions:
Unstoppable - Enemies can't block your movement any more, but they still
can hurt you. Also known as Unitwalking.*
Poison bullets - After getting hit by your bullet, enemies slowly lose
health until they die.**
Big calibre - Projectiles and beams are wider and more likely to hit an
enemy.*** or: Your weapons cause more damage.
Telekinesis - Items slowly move towards you.

Here's my idea where the descriptions should be placed:

Also, it might be useful if the stats (hit %, evasion etc.) affected by
changing str/agi/vit would be highlightet when you hover over (or have a
description as well, but I think highlighting the stats would be more
straightforward.

** if this is the case. Maybe they will only lose a specific amount of health?
*** in case this perk *does* have that effect
**** if the perk just increases weapon damage.

big caliber means that if a bullet with damage 1.0 hit a monster with health 
0.4,
this bullet will kill the monster and fly to next monster with damage 0.6. it is
useful for ak and for pm.

poison slowly kills monsters. it is useful for uzi and shotgun.
