Xp and item drop happen only after death animaion #19

currently, Xps are given to the player and items are dropped *after* the
death animation has been played.

With violetland being a fast-paced game I think it would be more fitting to
the general speed, if items drop and xp is given instantly after the enemy
is dead, when the death animation starts.

Now i think that it is not significant but i may change my thoughts if someone

will request same thing.

When creature is dying, logical thing is look on another creatures. So in some 
cases 
items left unseen, especially if Violet goes from that point. And if we are 
going 
from dying creature, we can't go back in some cases. But if we go to the 
monster, it 
might be a cause to pick up new items, which we can't saw.
