Installation fails under Ubuntu, update README.txt #57

Hi, I get the error message below when running cmake on my ubuntu. 

I am proposing the following fix for this:
Add
{{{ 
sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev
}}}
to the readme file as it fixed my poblem on Ubuntu 11.04
