RedLettering: false - make this work with ThML source text too #109

The example collections text file contains:

//OPTIONAL for USFM: Red lettering for words of Jesus on? (true|false)
RedLettering: false

Currently, setting it to false only works for USFM.

It would be neat if it could be made to work with ThML source text too.
i.e. When the source file contains red letter markup, comprising (e.g.)

<span class="red">Escrito está también: No tentarás al Señor tu 
Dios.</span>

This suggestion only relates to the build options.

If we move to changing red letter display to a user preference, as proposed in 
issue 95

then this issue becomes redundant. Even so, I thought it worthwhile adding here.
