Create an annotated list of UI items to assist translators who offer to make localizations #119

For helping UI translators, we could do with an "annotated" list, rather
than just the "bare-bones" list of the user interface strings.

The context for each item is more easily understood if you have Go Bible
installed in a suitable phone. For translators who either don't have such a
phone, or who are unfamiliar with the application, having an annotated list
would be much more helpful. 

e.g. For some single words, it may not be obvious whether each one is a
noun, a verb or an adjective.
