When the last verse of a chapter in a ThML file is empty, it gets omitted by GoBibleCreator 2.4.0 #123

I made a ThML file with two chapters having empty verses, because the
supplied VPL file had these whole chapters missing.

I have observed that the JAR file does not display the last verse for these
chapters. 

Example: Hebrews 5 with all 14 verses empty. ThML file has 14 tags.

Go Bible displays only verses 1 to 13, but not verse 14.

Confirmed by adding " [...]" as dummy text in verse 13.
cf. The error did not occur when verse 14 has dummy text.
