Idea for new command line switch for GoBibleCreator - to split existing GoBible applications #127

Rather than maintaining small collections, users could just download the Go
Bible application for the complete Bible.

If it won't fit on their phone, they could run GoBibleCreator with a "-s"
option, to split the JAR file into two or more separate JAR files.

Concept to be reviewed. Details to be worked out. 

They wouldn't need access to the source text file[s].
