Send SMS should include a Bible version identifier in the text message.

A Bible version identifier is not necessarily the same as the collection name.  
i.e. Especially for split collections.

In order to support this enhancement, a collections text file would need an 
additional optional parameter. e.g.

Bible-Version-ID: KJV

If this parameter is not specified, Send SMS would not include any identifier.
