Attribute stacking in USFM source text - a planned requirement for GoBibleCreator #138

The Symscroll branch of GoBibleCore supports italics for added words.
We need to ensure that GoBibleCreator will support attribute stacking.

Michael Johnson has made the following observation about USFM.

I did know about the redundant \wj*\wj pairs, always following \add ...\add*
pairs within a direct quote of Jesus. This is a work-around for applications
that can't handle attribute stacking, including Paratext, the primary standard
USFM implementation. For those nice applications that can remember that they
were in Words of Jesus after exiting "add" text (italics in the KJV), the
redundant markers make no difference. For those that can't, the red letters
start again where they were supposed to. Anyway, I need to keep those in place,
at least for now. Feel free to strip those out for your application if you
handle attribute stacking OK. Those attributes should, to my way of thinking,
map orthogonally, since \wj normally maps to red text (or maybe black or darker
black, depending on the publisher's preference), and \add normally maps to
italic or maybe gray text...
