GoBibleCreator does not detect an empty chapter in USFM source files #144

One of my USFM files inadvertently contained these lines:

\c 1
\p
\c 1
\v 1 blah blah blah

The Go Bible was compiled without any error or warning message.

After navigating to the book in question, Go Bible got stuck.
There was an error message, but subsequent "Go to" navigation was impossible.
