Menu option "Delete All" was added under Bookmarks in version 2.4.0

The displayed text is currently made up by appending two UI items.

UI-Delete:
UI-All:

This may not work for some languages. Better to have and use a new UI item.

UI-Delete-All: Delete all

so that translators can provide the correct localization phrase.
