Go Bible Creator Version 2.4.1 includes two copies of Manifest-Version: 1.0 #155

Using Go Bible Creator Version 2.4.1 causes the internal file MANIFEST.MF to 
have two copies of the following line:

Manifest-Version: 1.0

Though this does not cause any problems, my guess is that the second copy of 
this line is quite unnecessary.
