Permit Book-Name-Map to use tab separators as an alternative to commas #158

When constructing or viewing the Book-Name-Map lines, it would be convenient to
permit these to use tab separators as an alternative to commas.

When viewed in a text editor, and when the book names themselves are not a
fixed length, it would display the mapped names in a column.

It would also save a step when pasting the reconstructed Book-Name-Map lines
directly from an Excel spreadsheet.

Should I create a Book-Name-Map2 for tab delimiters and leave Book-Name-Map for
comma delimiters? For backward compatibility reasons.

I don't see the need to have a second identifier.

Backwards compatibility would not be a problem if the parsing of Book-Name-Map:
lines allowed either a comma or a tab as the separator before the name to be
displayed.

Commas would still work. Tabs would also work. That's the idea.

This enhancement has been implemented in the SymScroll branch.
