GoBibleCore - layout of top line for RTL scripts #169

Currently, the book name is displayed on the left, and the chapter:verse number 
is displayed on the right.

For RtL languages such as Arabic, Farsi and Hebrew, etc, it would be better if 
the book name were to be on the right, and the chapter:verse number on the left.

This issue duplicates some of my comments in issue 64, but as little has been 
done towards fixing that issue, I've added this new issue to increase the 
priority.
