Add a More option to the menu About - to display Dublin Core metadata #34

Although the Info: line in Go Bible Creator can provide useful 
information, it would make sense to provide a facility to display Dublin 
Core metadata for any Go Bible collection.

In many instances, such metadata could be extracted from the existing 
source file (ThML or OSIS).  For any source files that omit such metadata, 
instructions should be provided as to how to include it and format it 
correctly.
