Extending Go Bible preferences - swap between default UI and translated UI #39

For users who can read two [or more] languages, it could be advantageous to
be able to swap between the English default UI and a translated UI, or even
to select from more than two UI translations.

Go Bible Preferences could be extended to add this feature.

One might make a similar case for swapping between [say] English booknames and 
the
translated booknames for non-English Go Bible applications.

During our trip to Peter's in September 2008, Troy Griffitts mashed together a 
demo
of implementing user preference choice of UI language.

The code patches were not checked in.
