Larger font size for visually impaired users? #82

In joining Go Bible Dev, Ben made a request for a larger font size, to help
users with some measure of visual impairment (including himself).

He is willing to help in the code development.

In my reply to him, I have sent copies to two of the developers.

NB. Adding such a feature would probably need an extra UI item for the
larger font size.

It looks like J2ME only has three standard font sizes: Font.SIZE_
[LARGE,MEDIUM,SMALL]. These are the three sizes the GoBible currently supports 
on a 
device. It is unclear how to add an XL option.
