Optional instruction for GoBibleCreator to insert pilcrow signs to denote paragraph starts? #94

When the source text has markup to denote paragraphs, it might be feasible
for GoBibleCreator to encode each paragraph start by inserting a pilcrow
sign (U+0086).

If so, this should be an optional instruction in the collections file.

Better still, for the SymScroll branch, which now supports line breaks, would
be to insert an extra line break before every verse that starts with a Pilcrow.

The Pilcrow itself (¶) should be retained as part of the text.

The improvement could be implemented in GoBibleCreator.

btw. For the KJV, the OSIS version of the source text contains pilcrows.
The ThML version (currently used for the KJV Go Bible) doesn't.
