In order to accomplish a downloadable release, a CI/CD workflow needs to be setup.

[x] Run any tests.
[x] Build the app in release configuration. (5d45df1bff189fbdf3c2ad545a3843d1d1c833c7)
[x] Notarize the app. (5d45df1bff189fbdf3c2ad545a3843d1d1c833c7)
[x] Create a release with the attached app.

All of this should happen whenever a tag is set.
