This PR introduces a new theme called xpander.
It's basically trying to mimic the agnoster Oh-my-zsh theme while keeping powershell in mind.
Much like agnoster, this theme requires a patched console font such as consolas.
Let me know if I'm doing something wrong or stupid as this is my first try at anything close to theme-ing
