Site design changes - Githubissues

Based on the (probably) now defunct beta-frontend branch, I'd like to copy some of the design changes that I had in mind.

This includes:

Home page with "Recently opened" section and a list of all designs below. FAQ would move to its own page
Redesigned, cleaner user page
Larger max width
(maybe) slightly lighter dark mode bg
Improved tailwind colors for brand and secondary palettes, including a full range of options (instead of our poorly named ones)

Plus anything else that comes to mind
