Hi there, not a noob but still new. Not sure how to approach this. #21

Hi there, I recently started home assistant as a hobby about a month ago and am doing fine. I however don't know how to go about doing a project like this as I don't know where to start as in what to copy and how to implement this. Thank you for your patience
