Sudoku Validation

Write a program to check a board of Sudoku of size 9x9 is valid or not.

example-

Input: board = [["5","3",".",".","7",".",".",".","."] ,["6",".",".","1","9","5",".",".","."] ,[".","9","8",".",".",".",".","6","."] ,["8",".",".",".","6",".",".",".","3"] ,["4",".",".","8",".","3",".",".","1"] ,["7",".",".",".","2",".",".",".","6"] ,[".","6",".",".",".",".","2","8","."] ,[".",".",".","4","1","9",".",".","5"] ,[".",".",".",".","8",".",".","7","9"]] Output: true
