fixing formatting for both signin and login pages. #56

both sign up and login pages should be centered. no extra space in both sign up and login pages (on top of bottom) link on the bottom works.

i'm gonna work on like the sign up login in buttons since they're not styled. need to go back and implent tyler's history button since i got rid of it temporarily lol.

Looks good to me! Just be careful with merge conflicts! We can get those resolved if you need help with them
