Added JavaScript, CSS and HTML to create a search field and dropdown with poet names that can be selected and searched. No special updates or libraries necessary. Changes were made to support the acceptance criteria for the Search by Poet issue.

Very good, the Search by poet tile is functional I am able to click on search and see the options available.
