User Story Size Estimate: small

Reasoning for adding this Issue to the Sprint: Initiating a project with accessibility standards is an important to way to propagate inclusiveness and keep our user base wide and varied. Meeting basic WCAG standards is important for all online businesses and content producers.

Assigned Priority: High

Completing this task will require some thought and tweaking of CSS to create visibly interactive links, that draw the users attention to them with other characteristics in addition to color. We are adding this to the first sprint to set a standard for the accessibility guidelines that our web page will be adhering to.

Created a color-blind-user branch. Added an inline link to the index/home page and added code to the main.css file to ensure inline links are underlined for better visibility.
