Responsive Page

To do:

Add Bootstrap to website to enable Bootstrap components and CSS.

Notes:

High Priority
Bootstrap will provide an easy way to address multiple issues regarding responsiveness.
Included in initial sprint in order to set up website for custom styling (responsive images) and components (cards, columns, etc).

Branch name: responsive-page

Bootstrap was already imported into the project via CDN. I added img-fluid to the placeholder images preemptively for when the images are swapped out for the poem related images.

Columns will stay at the default until content is added. We can discuss how we want the layout to be e.g. how many poems will be aligned for different view ports before they start to stack on top of each other.
